From all of us at Hot Rods by Boyd we would like to thank you for making 2013 a great year for us. We are really excited about 2014. We will have a lot of exciting new products to offer and a lot of cool projects going on. Below is a collage of some of the cooler things that went on for us in 2013. Our man Les Dalisay from San Mateo just got his 1964 Galaxy on the road and we absolutely love it. Bill Ganahl at South City Rod and Custom did all the work. The Galaxy sports a 2011 Coyote motor with a 5 speed manual trans and full air ride suspension. I rode around the bay area in it over the weekend and this thing is bad ass. That motor was the perfect fit and runs really quiet until you get on it then it raps up those Borlas and sounds like a wild beast. The 20″ painted and polished Perfecteds were the right fit on the Galaxy.

The latest build coming out from Duane Mayer and American Hot Rods is this 1955 Chevy sporting some new Gotcha Series Centennials. 17×8 up front with a standard profile and 18×10 with the concave profile. These Centennials have the combination Charcoal and Polished finish. Some more things to get done before the build is finished but at least she has a new pair of shoes.
We are proud to introduce the latest addition to our Signature Series. The Columbus. This Signature Series wheel is available in 17-20″ in a variety of widths and finishes. Shown here in 20″ with our combination Charcoal and Polished finish. Retro styling matched with cutting edge machining and finishing techniques.. The Columbus takes it to another level.
Our customer Luke Aikins sent in pics of his camaro with a staggered set of HR-74 with black centers and polished lips.
Here is our Gotcha Series Centennial shown in 20″ in a 6 lug pattern. The Coddington Coating charcoal paint contrasts well with the polished windows and lip. Most of our Gotcha Series wheels can be made in 6 lug. If you don’t see something pictured in 6 lug just ask.
Our latest creation, The HR-99, is shown here in 20″ with our Coddington Coating Charcoal center and polished lip. The HR-99 is part of our Pro Touring Series and is available in diameters 17-22″ and fits most 5 lug applications. The HR-99 accommodates most of the bigger aftermarket brake packages and with it’s sleek styling and lightweight design makes it the perfect wheel for any pro touring application.
Here is a 20×10 Centennial shown with our Coddington Coating Bronze and with brushed face and lip. We then put a clearcoat over the brushed surfaces to lock in that nice brushed finish.
