HRX-1 – Part of the new HRBB HRX Series

Chris Coddington and Hot Rods by Boyd are proud to announce the first of four designs that will make up the new HRX Series. The HRX 1 is shown here in both a polished finish and a brushed and polished combination finish. Our goal at HRBB was to expand our line of Pro Touring and Performance styled wheels. The HRX1 is race inspired and built to handle the most challenging  aspects of running a high performance car around the track. Each HRX series wheel is 100% Made to order and made in the USA. The HRX Series will be available in 18,19 and 20″ diameters and in a range of widths up to 15″ wide. Custom widths are also available in this series. Signature Series Twisted Columbus

The latest wheel to hit our Signature Series this summer is a twisted version of our popular Columbus wheel. We put a slight twist to the Columbus to give it a different look and we are happy with the results. Shown here in a brushed and charcoal finish. This first set will be featured on a Boydster 1 project currently in the works. You can see these wheels in person at the Goodguys 19th PPG Nationals in Columbus Ohio in two weeks. The Twisted Columbus can be made in a variety of finish combinations. Available in sizes 17-22″ to fit most 5 lug applications. We offer a range of widths to the backspace of your specification. Bringing Back The Original Billet Wheels | Retro Series

My father, Boyd Coddington, produced some of the first billet wheels for the hot rods he was building back in the early 80’s. The demand for those billet wheels grew and the custom made to order billet wheel industry was born. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s many iconic designs came out of Hot Rods by Boyd and were featured on high profile Boyd Built cars like Chezoom and Aluma coupe. Today Hot Rods by Boyd is bringing back the cool styles of that era and offering a wider range of fitments and sizes than previously offered. All HRBB Retro Series wheels feature the soft lip and are available in diameters 17″ to 24″ for most 5 and 6 lug applications. Hot Rods by Boyd is also willing to bring back any one of your favorite billet designs from the past. So if you don’t see it in our line up give us a call to discuss making those for you.

Camacho Painted Version 2.0

Shown here is our Signature Series Camacho in 20″ with our charcoal and polished 2.0 finish. The top of the spokes have our high luster polish exposed while the windows are masked off on the detail of the spokes then sprayed with Cerakote Ceramic Charcoal. We can mask and paint any of our wheels in a number of ways. We are looking to hearing some of your ideas or just let us come up with one to meet your needs. We have the Solution for the Solution

We have the Solution for your polishing woes. Our ceramic clearcoat is a great option to lock in that nice polished or brushed finish. The ceramic clearcoat option comes in gloss and low gloss. For fully polished surfaces and some brushed we recommend the high gloss. For fully brushed wheels the low gloss clear softens up the finish and makes it maintenance free. The LN-22 is a true directional wheel. HRBB machines everything to order so you can get the proper brake clearance, width, and offset for whatever you are putting these one.
